Embroidery is the most versatile of all decoration techniques. Whether you are looking for a subtle tone-on-tone logo on a sleeve or a bold design on a chest, this technique is perfect to enhance the value of our apparel.  

Embroidery offers a classic, high end appearance and you have hundreds of rich color threads to choose from.   Below we've highlighted a list of FAQ's to help determine if embroidery is the right decoration method for your upcoming project. Embroidery Q & A

Q: How much does embroidery cost? A: Final cost depends on the number of stitches in your artwork. For a free quote, email your artwork and order size to art@mckelveytees.com. 

Q: Do you have a minimum quantity order? A: No minimum quantity orders for embroidery.

Q: What do you need to digitize my logo? A: We can digitize your logo using any digital image. You can send us the artwork of your logo in any computerized format such as JPG, PDF, EPS, AI.  

Q: What if my logo is already digitized? A: If you already have your logo digitized, you can email it to us and avoid the setup fee. However, your logo must be in a DST format.  We recommend you include a JPEG file along with the digitized file. We are not responsible for the embroidery quality of customer supplied DST files. 

Q: Can you modify the original design of my logo? A: We can modify the original size and colors of your logo. We can also include extra lettering lines to your logo. However, if you need to modify another part of the design, we many need to re-digitize your logo.  This will be an additional fee.

Q: How long does it take to have my order ready? A: Our turnaround is 10-15 business days however we are flexible with rush orders. If you have a specific deadline let us know before so we can schedule your order so we can work closely with you on the time line. 

Q: Can I mix styles, sizes and colors? A: Yes you can

Q: Will you embroider items sent to you? A: While we are here to support our customers, decoration services are limited to our products only. Sample products cannot be returned and used for decorated orders.
