Shipping & Returns
We take about different amounts of times for our products since everything is made custom to order. Turnaround time does not include shipping time.
Embroidery - 7-10 business days (12 items or less), 15-20 business days (more than 12 items)
Line Jackets - 15-20 business days
Screen Printing - 10-15 business days
Until further notice due to COVID-19 - DTG (Items ordered from the Shop All link) - (10-15) business days - UPDATED 10/12/2020
Heat Transfer - 5-7 business days
Please contact us before returning any products. All items are printed at the time of order. Therefore, we do not exchange or refund orders for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please review the sizing chart prior to ordering.
There are a few reasons for returns and they are handled on a case by case basis. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
